Last summer, I took a solo road trip in my Prius, traveling through Hungary and Austria. It had been 15 years since I last visited Upper Austria, and I wanted to see some of my favorite places again. One of them was Gmunden, a beautiful town by the lake. Driving through the countryside, I enjoyed the freedom of going at my own pace, stopping when I wanted, and taking in the familiar scenery. The weather in August was perfect, and I felt lucky to be back at the right time.
